What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and assist all site visitors with a friendly, professional approach

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain internal contact lists

• Monitor site access and maintain accurate visitor and staff movement records

• Coordinate site inductions and maintain compliance documentation

• Manage company car bookings and service logs

• Support site security protocols and HSE responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to HR, SHE, and Facilities teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Strong work ethic and pride in your role

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Clear and confident communication (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Commitment to safe working practices

Desirable Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in an operational office environment

• Previous experience in facilities or contract-based roles
