Your Role:
Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, offering clear assistance on super accumulation, withdrawals, pensions, investments, and employer contributions.
Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve issues using our internal systems while adhering to compliance processes.
Team Collaboration: Seamlessly refer customers to other departments as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
· Excellent communication skills that are both friendly and professional.
· Confidence in multitasking and using multiple systems.
· Ability to remain calm and focused in busy settings.
· Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
· Strong team spirit with a sense of individual accountability.
· Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights.
