The company operates from offices in Melbourne and Geelong, allowing them to support a wide range of projects across the region.

The Role:

They are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 3–5 years’ experience in land development and residential estates (subdivisions). In this role, you will contribute to planning, design, documentation, and construction coordination, collaborating with a skilled team on projects from concept through to delivery.

This position is based in their Geelong office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare civil engineering plans for residential estates, including roads, drainage, sewer, water, and earthworks.
  • Produce detailed drawings and models using 12d-Model and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare cost estimates, reports, and specifications for estate projects.
  • Liaise with councils, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Undertake site inspections, review construction work, and provide technical input.
  • Mentor junior engineers or drafters where appropriate.
  • Ensure all work meets relevant Australian Standards, council requirements, and environmental regulations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in subdivision / residential estate engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with 12d-Model and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of civil design for subdivisions: roads, stormwater, sewer, water supply, earthworks.
  • Familiarity with council and statutory approval processes.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
