About Us

We’re a proudly independent distillery nestled on 3 acres of tranquil gardens on the Central Coast of NSW. Led by herbalist and distiller Philip Moore, we craft premium spirits and liqueurs including Moore’s Dry Gin and Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Tasting Room & Retail Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of the distillery. Your role includes:

• Hosting tastings, tours, and cocktail classes for visitors
• Running hands-on gin workshops and unique guest experiences
• Representing the brand at festivals, markets, and events
• Operating the register, handling cash, and managing stock
• Opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, professional environment
• Ensuring RSA compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re after charismatic, confident, and reliable team players who love working with people and sharing their passion for fine spirits.

You’ll need to have:

• Excellent customer service and public speaking skills
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or bar work
• Sound knowledge (or interest) in spirits, liqueurs, and cocktails
• A valid NSW RSA certificate
• A driver’s licence and access to a car
• Availability on weekends and public holidays (essential)
