About the Role
We are seeking a Change & Training Manager in Darwin, Northern Territory, for a 12-month contract. Applicants must be based in Darwin or willing to relocate.
This full-time position is responsible for leading the delivery, implementation, and management of organisational change and training activities within a major healthcare technology program. The role will focus on driving the adoption of organisation-wide systems through effective change strategies, training plans, and stakeholder engagement. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong collaboration, and proven experience in leading complex ICT transformation initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience managing organisational change, communications, and training within large-scale ICT or system implementation projects across multiple locations.

Expertise in developing, delivering, and evaluating change and training programs that enable smooth adoption and capability growth.

Skilled in translating project and change strategies into tangible goals and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, manage resistance, and present information clearly to diverse audiences.

Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities, including assessing risks, weighing benefits, and making evidence-based recommendations in dynamic environments.

Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring, building capability, and fostering collaboration, particularly in contexts of significant organisational change.
Desirable Skills and Experience

Previous involvement in delivering organisational change, stakeholder engagement, project management, or systems training within large-scale ICT or business transformation programs.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Training, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
