Your opportunity

Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Geelong as a Services Attendant, where you’ll help create seamless and positive experiences for our customers.

This role supports service delivery across Car Park and Concierge operations, combining hands-on customer assistance with office-based tasks. You’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day centre operations, assisting customers on the floor and contributing behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is also the opportunity to build broader service capability through cross-training in Concierge.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and professional service across Car Park and Concierge, supporting customers and centre operations as required
  • Assisting customers with parking enquiries, traffic flow and general support throughout the centre
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised car park environment
  • Completing administrative and computer-based tasks, including data entry, reporting, and managing phone and online enquiries
  • Supporting Concierge services when required, including processing Westfield Gift Card sales

This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

You will be:

  • A clear and confident communicator, able to engage positively with customers and colleagues
  • Confident using computers and digital systems, with strong attention to detail
  • A team player who is reliable, collaborative, and willing to support others
  • A strong problem-solver with analytical skills and the initiative to get things done
  • Comfortable working in both office-based and hands-on operational environments
  • Experienced in customer service roles such as retail, hospitality or similar (beneficial, but not essential)
