About The Opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of mattersDeveloping and/or administering processes and procedures and responding to enquiriesMonitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standardsFacilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service deliverySupervising and training support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational supportCoordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvementsUnderstanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and proceduresLed and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performanceFor this position you are not required to be Catholic
