A well-established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to deliver a hospital accommodation project in Wangaratta, Victoria.
This is a long-term contract opportunity on a live healthcare-related project, suited to a Site Manager who is confident running site operations end-to-end in a regional environment.
About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, labour and material deliveriesCoordinate trades and sequencing to maintain programme milestonesEnsure compliance with OH&S, quality and project requirementsConduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety reportingLiaise with consultants, inspectors and the project teamOversee quality control and assist with inspections and handover
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projectsHealthcare, accommodation or similar complex project experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and safety systemsConfident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skillsAvailable to work in a regional location
