Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in commercial fitouts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring all are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including detailed trade scopes and action plans, schedules, and resources.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of fitouts.

• Monitor project progress, address any issues, and implement solutions as needed.

• Prepare and present regular project updates.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction Project Manager, preferably in the shopfitting sector.

• Strong understanding of the fitout processes, materials, and regulations.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Show initiative and have the ability to work both autonomously and with a team.

• Relevant qualifications in project management or construction management is highly regarded.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
