About The Role

Provide friendly and efficient reception serviceAssist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needsRecommend use of ancillary products (e.g. contact lens care products).Support other team members in the achievement of practice goals and objectives including (but not limited to) processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor’s management and stock takesMaintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice including overall presentation and cleanliness
