About the Opportunity
Western Downs Regional Council (WDRC) is seeking a Career Development Administration Officer to provide dedicated administrative support to the Career Development Officer.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver administrative support for WDRC’s early career development programs, including traineeships, apprenticeships, cadetships, bursaries, and work experience.
- Build strong working relationships with internal business areas and external training organisations.
- Contribute to the Organisational Development team’s broader learning and development deliverables and assist with Human Resources projects.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent), or demonstrated relevant experience.
- The ability to successfully complete a National Police History Check.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
