Avanti Allied Health is expanding! We’re seeking an experienced and self-driven Speech Pathologist to join our supportive and growing team.

This is a hybrid role — working from our modern clinic, online via telehealth, and in clients’ homes. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a responsive admin team and a collaborative group of allied health professionals.

About the Role

• Provide evidence-based speech pathology services to a diverse, national client base — both in-person and online.

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualised, goal-focused therapy.

• Apply strong clinical reasoning across a variety of presentations.

• Collaborate with clients, families, educators, and health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a practising Speech Pathologist.

• SPA membership and current eligibility to practise in Australia.

• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

• Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred).

• Confidence in community-based service delivery (desirable).

• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.

• Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children Check/s.
