Our clinic in the Goulburn Valley is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role will be located within Shepparton . This will be Full-Time Permanent positions working Monday to Friday with 7.6-hour shifts .
What will you be doing?
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
