About the Role

Reporting directly to, and working closely with, the Executive Director, this role provides high-level executive and office coordination support across the leadership environment. You will act as a trusted partner to the Executive Director, a key support to Directors and Senior Leaders, and an important liaison point with the Board and broader organisation.

You will be relied upon for your judgement, discretion and ability to manage priorities, ensuring information, actions and decisions flow smoothly and professionally across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, coordination of priorities and preparation of executive correspondence, reports and briefingsAct as a central coordination point for leadership communication, ensuring information, decisions and actions flow effectively across the organisationSupport leadership meetings by tracking actions, following up outcomes and anticipating executive needsCoordinate Board and governance processes, including meeting logistics, agendas, papers, minute-taking and action trackingLiaise professionally with Board members, senior leaders, staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive DirectorCoordinate the day-to-day functioning of the executive office, including records management, meeting logistics, systems and resourcesIdentify and support improvements to administrative, communication and coordination processes to enhance leadership effectiveness

You will bring

Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills Excellent written communication skills High levels of discretion, judgement and integrity Confidence working with Microsoft Office and administrative systems Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Preferably demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support to senior leaders

Qualifications And Requirements

Relevant qualification in Business Administration and/or significant experience in executive support Minimum two years’ experience in a similar senior support role Current driver’s licence Blue Card, Yellow Card (or ability to obtain) and National Police Certificate
