For this position, we are looking for an experienced leader who loves being on the shop floor and achieving personal sales. 

The person should also be..

• Driven in attitude and motivated to hit budgets - for themselves and the team

• Able to motivate a team, give feedback on results and train team to improve/celebrate their success

• Able to assess sales results and provide coaching and feedback regularly to improve

• Able to inspire and create a strong store sales culture, understanding our company expectations and executing this understanding through upskilling the team and their sales techniques

• Able to hit the ground running, previous management experience is desired

• Confident in nature and comfortable serving/styling customers in the fitting room

This role is a very hands on position, you will be on the shop floor, customer facing and pushing to make store and personal budgets through exceptional service. Operational, VM and admin tasking is minimal. If you love being on the floor this role is for you!!!
