• Basic coffee-making skills – you don’t need to be a pro, but you must know your way around a coffee machine. We’re happy to train the right person to improve.

• Great attitude and work ethic – we value team players who take initiative and keep things moving.

• Commitment is essential – if you have a hectic schedule or can't prioritise this role, this is not the job for you.
