Zeel Kitchens is a market leader in the Perth apartment fit out space. Partnering with some of the largest construction companies in Australia, we successfully complete hundreds of apartments each year. We also work closely with some smaller boutique builders & renovation companies completing kitchen, bathroom and joinery projects.

We are currently seeking a Drafting Manager.

The Drafting Manager leads Zeel’s drafting function, transforming architectural and design documentation into accurate cabinet shop drawings that balance design intent with manufacturability and budget. Responsible for managing drafting personnel and processes, this role ensures work is delivered efficiently, accurately, and aligned with production timelines and Zeel's standards across commercial and residential projects.

You will need:

• Proven experience in drafting in cabinet-making or similar manufacturing environments.

• High proficiency in Cabinet Vison CAD software and reading architectural specifications.

• Strong knowledge of cabinet fabrication processes, materials, and installation methods.

• Effective leadership and communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to balance creative detailing with pragmatic production requirements.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.
