About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Wollongong team on a full-time basis, with the flexibility to work from home when required. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of current and upcoming projects.

Your responsibilities will include end-to-end contract management—from initial drafting and procurement through to execution and claims assessment. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure contracts are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, draft, review, and manage contract documentation

  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Assess variations, progress claims, and contractual obligations

  • Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to project timelines, budgets, and reporting

  • Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met throughout each project lifecycle

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in residential construction, multi-unit developments, or apartment projects

  • Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation

  • Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to resolve issues proactively

  • High attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a supportive project team
