About the Role

This is a hands-on sales role involving both retail and customer support. You’ll be the front line of our brand - on the phone, via email, in person, and at trade shows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling phone and email sales enquiries

• End-to-end sales and order processing

• Managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail

• Resolving customer issues calmly and professionally (including irate or difficult customers)

• Assisting at trade shows and events

• Supporting retail sales

• Weekend work on a rotating roster

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is sharp, capable, and driven - a true all-rounder.

You will have:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and excellent multitasking ability

• Confidence dealing with a wide range of customers

• A proactive, “get it done” attitude

• Charisma, reliability, and professionalism

• Ability to learn quickly (camping industry experience is a plus, but not essential)

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Previous sales and/or retail experience

• Experience in the camping, outdoor, or automotive accessory industry

• Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
