About The Role
We’re looking for Registered Nurses or Paramedics to join our team in Nowra. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering person-centred, inclusive and meaningful support to the people we serve.
We are offering full time, part time or casual roles. This will be for a fixed term period to 30 June 2028 with a possibility of extension based on ongoing government funding.
You will be required to be available outside normal business hours, on weekends and public holidays to support service delivery. The Service will operate 8:00am-10:00pm, seven days a week.

Duties
Ensure all patients are appropriately triagedDeliver high-quality, person-centred care in collaboration with patients, families, carers, and medical practitioners Provide essential health education to patientsWork collaboratively with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse or ParamedicExperience in triage in an emergency department, remote nursing or urgent care setting Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/ or Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificateBrings a warm, inclusive and people-first approachValues teamwork, integrity, creativity and continuous learning
