Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Assistant located in Gold Coast / Northern Rivers. The Broker Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with finance needs, and offering excellent customer service. Key tasks include handling communication with clients, supporting brokerage activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the team.
QualificationsStrong Communication skillsExperience in InsuranceExcellent Customer Service abilitiesProficiency in Administrative Assistance tasksKnowledge of Brokerage activitiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a plus
RemumnerationThis role has a commensurate Base Salary with Incentives/Bonus schemes in place to increase earning potential based on business performance. There is consideration of Work From Home (WFH) for experienced and trusted applicants , howver, initially and office based role is expeceted to be filled.
