For over 30 years, we’ve been the go-to ‘one stop shop’ for the fire protection industry, delivering reliable, Australian Standards-approved products to customers across the country.

We are currently seeking a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Branch Team Leader to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our distribution warehouse. This is a customer-focused leadership role where your ability to lead a team and deliver excellent service will directly impact our customers’ experience and satisfaction.

About the Role

As the Branch Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small warehouse team, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. You will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining high standards, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfilment to meet and exceed customer expectations.

In this high-volume environment, your organisational skills, leadership, and strong customer service focus will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a small team to meet daily warehouse targets and deliver exceptional service

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, maintaining attention to detail and quality

  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound freight using online booking systems and phone bookings

  • Receive and put away incoming stock efficiently and accurately

  • Operate forklifts and assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

  • Be a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, ensuring positive relationships and effective communication

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in warehouse leadership or a similar supervisory role.

  • Confidence in managing teams, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A current forklift licence and full driver’s licence.

  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational habits.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude — you're someone who leads from the front.
