We are pleased to be offering a Portfolio Manager position at Stratum Title Management (Tasmania) due to the expansion of our business and managements of Bodies Corporate.

The position of Portfolio Manager has accountability for the day-to-day responsibly of a portfolio of Bodies Corporate. This includes tasks such as attending to co-ordinate maintenance tasks, convene, attend and chair the Annual General Meeting (and other meetings where a Management Committee is in place), preparation and oversight of budgets, levies and capital works programs.

The position is quite diverse in its scope. It is fast paced with multiple competing priorities.

The successful applicant will bring to the role:

-          Demonstrated experience in a similar role*

-          Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-          Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

-          Demonstrated ability of the prioritisation of competing deadlines

-          Ability to problem solve and resolve matters with both external and internal stakeholders

-          Attention to detail

-          Current driver’s licence

The position is supported by administration support staff and a financial management department.

Our office is located centrally in the Hobart.

A pool car is available for use by Portfolio Managers to attend site visits.

*Prior experience in the Body Corporate Management sector is not essential, however, is desirable, and/or ability to demonstrate proven experience in a similar field such as Property Management or Facilities Manager.
