This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people leadership with operational excellence, helping your team thrive while ensuring outstanding service delivery.
About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, support, and day-to-day guidance. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping team culture, performance, and engagement.
You’ll be someone who leads with empathy, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping others grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and coach a team to deliver exceptional serviceAct as the first point of escalation for team and client mattersMonitor workloads, priorities, and response timesProvide regular feedback, check-ins, and performance supportAssist with onboarding, training, and ongoing developmentEnsure compliance with internal processes and industry requirementsFoster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team cultureStep in operationally when required to support the teamManage a portfolio of strata schemes across legislative, financial, insurance, risk, and compliance matters
About YouProven experience in a leadership or senior roleStrong communication and people-management skillsCalm, solutions-focused approach to challengesHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident making decisions and guiding othersPassionate about team development and cultureNSW held Strata License Class 2 or Class 1
