Sales Associate Required

About the role
• Lead generation and prospecting through warm and cold calls around current listings and recent sales
• Buyer management including qualifying buyers, maintaining detailed CRM notes, booking inspections, and promoting current and upcoming stock
• Attend open homes, private inspections, appraisals, and building & pest inspections (with mentoring and on-the-job training)
• Local area marketing including targeted flyer drops and door knocking around listings and recent sales

About you
• Confident and resilient on the phone, with a proactive and positive mindset
• A team player who is reliable, values-driven, and collaborative
• Coachable, organised, and motivated to learn and grow
• Comfortable following systems, meeting KPIs, and maintaining accurate records
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365; experience with CRM systems such as REX or CoreLogic is advantageous (training provided)
• Holds a QLD Certificate of Registration (Salesperson) or is willing to obtain
• Presents professionally at all times, with a clean and tidy workstation, equipment, and vehicle
