The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Bengalla Commercial team on a Permanent, Fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

The annual business plan and regular reforecasting processesCapital management and providing guidance to internal stakeholdersLeadership of the site Business Improvement function including investment analysisBusiness risk management based on value enhancementInsurance management and co-ordination of renewalsLiaising with senior management team and wider business

In this role, you will also provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of strategic business options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.

Qualifications And Experience

To be successful, you will need:

Commercial or Accounting qualifications (CPA or CA well regarded)Mining industry experienceExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work in a small friendly teamFocus on continuous improvement and value creationExperience with Pulse ERP and Xeras modelling software is desirable but not essential
