LASER FAB is a dynamic, family-owned company, manufacturing mainly stainless steel enclosures for the mining, electrical and related industries.

Due to ongoing growth, we have an opening for another Inventor Draftsman. Salary will be dependant on experience and ability.

Main role: Ensure 3D Cad drawings are prepared and reviewed, ready for production.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Drawing new CAD drawings - mostly electrical enclosures
• Ensure drawings are practical and can be made within the CNC machines capabilities
• Keep drawings and database up to date
• Prepare CAD files for Laser and CNC Pressbrake
• Meets production goals in terms of time & quality
• Maintain a clean, neat & organised work area
• Follow regulations, safety guidelines & company procedures at all times
• Good communication skills required orally and written
• Team Player
• Other duties as assigned
• Attention to detail is critical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
