Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive cocktail knowledge – able to prepare both classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Barista experience – skilled in making a range of coffee beverages to a high standard.
• Full understanding of bar operations – including stock control, restocking fridges, rotation, and wastage management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Team player with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality beverage service, ensuring every drink meets house standards.
• Manage stock effectively, including restocking fridges, maintaining accurate stock levels, and minimizing wastage.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating guest needs.
• Support smooth daily operations, assisting colleagues when needed.
