Primary Objective:

Provide strategic budget advice and detailed analysis, including monthly financial expenditure reports to the Executive management and program managers to facilitate the decision-making process. Ensure key program financial guidelines are adhered to ensure that national financial reporting is accurately completed to deliver sound governance and financial management. Provide support and advice regarding recruitment / merit selection actions.
