This role suits someone who thrives in a professional setting where discretion, empathy and organisation are essential. You’ll play a key role in supporting individuals and families through important arrangements, while ensuring all administrative and operational details are managed seamlessly.

The Opportunity

  • Professional, empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive conversations

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident using systems and office software

  • Full, unrestricted driver’s licence

  • Able to discuss services and payments clearly and professionally

Industry experience is not essential — comprehensive training will be provided.
