Fleet Business Development Specialist
Hidden Valley Ford – Darwin
Hidden Valley Ford is seeking a relationship-driven professional to grow and support our fleet and business customer base.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in fleet sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship roles who enjoys working with business clients and building long-term partnerships.
As the primary point of contact for fleet and business customers, you will represent the dealership externally while working closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.
Key Focus Areas:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with local businesses and fleet clients

Proactively identifying and developing new fleet and business opportunities

Managing fleet enquiries and accounts end-to-end

Representing Hidden Valley Ford within the local business community

Reporting to and collaborating directly with the Sales Manager
About You:

Previous experience in a Business Development Manager role or dealership sales environment preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded

Automotive experience is highly regarded but not essential
