Double Corner Store is seeeking 1 full-time Retail Manager.

Tasks include:

• Deciding what kinds of food, drinks and everyday products to stock, monitoring inventory levels and setting service quality expectations.
• Creating and applying buying and pricing strategies for products and meal items, and guiding how promotions are run.
• Planning and executing local marketing and advertising (like social media posts, signs or community promotions) to draw in customers.
• Serving customers at the counter, handling sales of food, groceries, drinks and other items, and helping them with product questions.
• Keeping accurate records of inventory, sales, and daily takings.
• Preparing budgets and managing costs for stock purchases, wages and daily operations.
• Overseeing recruitment, training and day-to-day supervision of staff working the till, food prep and customer service.
• Making sure the store follows health, safety and food-handling rules, and that the workplace is safe for staff and customers.
• Managing all aspects of running a neighbourhood convenience store so it operates smoothly and meets community needs.

Requirements:

- Australian/PR

- At least have a Diploma (of Hospitality Management)

- At least 1 year of experience working as a Retail Manager

Job Type: Full-time
