About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer – Data Entry & Order Processing to join our dedicated Customer Service team. This role is primarily responsible for accurate entry of customer orders, processing payments and supporting assigned customer accounts. You will also assist the broader Customer Service team and Customer Service Manager as required.

This role requires a balance of accurate data entry and professional customer service, ensuring both administrative efficiency and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter new customer orders

  • Process customer payments

  • Provide support for and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Provide general administrative and office support

  • Maintain strong product and technical knowledge through our in-house training

  • Work collaboratively with operations and sales teams to resolve customer queries efficiently

About You

You are organised, approachable and proactive, with exceptional time management skills and a passion for accuracy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and present yourself professionally, backed by previous experience in a similar role.

You will ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ data entry experience

  • Strong keyboard skills with high accuracy

  • Confident phone manner and strong written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and contribute effectively within a team

  • A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to support others
