Position Summary:

We are seeking friendly, efficient, and reliable team members to join our fast-paced kebab and bubble tea outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving kebabs and bubble tea, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Service

• Prepare and assemble kebabs to order, ensuring quality and portion control.
• Brew tea, cook tapioca pearls, and prepare bubble tea drinks according to standard recipes.
• Manage food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Monitor ingredient levels and assist in restocking supplies.

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Operate POS system and manage cash/card transactions accurately.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all food safety regulations and store procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, equipment, and dining areas.
• Store ingredients properly and monitor for freshness.
• Comply with hygiene standards including proper handwashing and glove use.

Teamwork & General Duties

• Support team members during busy periods.
• Participate in opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
• Report equipment faults or stock shortages to supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or beverage role is preferred.
• Barista or bubble tea-making experience is an advantage.
• Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to obtain certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Lifting items up to 10–15 kg.
• Using kitchen equipment (e.g., grill, hotplate, sealers).

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $15.00 – $35.00 per hour
