Description

RSTCV is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to planning, design support, project delivery, and technical execution of civil construction works across a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the Northern Territory.

About the role

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects including roads, earthworks, and site infrastructure.
• Prepare, review, and interpret civil engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Support project teams with site inspections, surveys, quality assurance, and compliance checks.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project progress.
• Monitor and report on project performance, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
• Provide technical solutions and engineering support during construction phases.
• Contribute to project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant technical discipline
• Proven experience in civil construction projects (design support or field engineering)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on site and perform field engineering tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $76,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
