At Learning Cloud, we help people change the direction of their lives through education. With 1,600+ online courses, we work with career-switchers, side-hustlers, burnt-out professionals, and people ready for more. These are warm leads. People who’ve already who've gone online of their own accord to specifically seek out online education. Your job is to guide, challenge, build trust, and enrol them in the right course.
This is consultative sales, not admin, not teaching, not customer service.
The role:

Call and connect with warm leads

Run real conversations that uncover motivation, fear, ambition, and timing

Build emotion, trust, and momentum, then confidently ask for the sale

Hit targets early and gain long weekends (yes, really)

Manage your own desk, pipeline, and follow-ups like a pro

Regular sales training
This role is for you if:
-
You’ve worked in call centres, telesales, inbound sales, outbound sales, fundraising, recruitment, or high-volume consultative roles

You’re comfortable being on the phone most of the day, and good at it
-
You know how to create urgency without being gross
-
You can handle objections, silence, and “I’ll think about it”

You’re target-driven, competitive (with yourself), and allergic to coasting
-
You bounce back fast and stay sharp under pressure
