We’re looking for a skilled videographer to join our Gold Coast team who can bring our training & social media content to life—capturing high-quality educational material that helps Australians save lives!
About The Role:

Film and edit long-form training content for our nationally recognised courses

Create polished course materials that meet RTO compliance standards

Set up professional lighting for videography and photography shoots

Capture photography as needed for marketing and training materials

Adapt footage into engaging short-form content for social media (working with our senior content creator)

Produce intro/outro animations, transitions, motion graphics, and music integration for professional finishing

Collaborate with our marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all video content
Required Skills & Experience:

Own professional videography equipment (full-frame mirrorless or DSLR—Sony, Canon, or Nikon)

Proven experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve Pro

Strong editing skills across both long and short-form videos, including motion graphics, animations, transitions, and music editing

Ability to set up professional lighting for video and photography

Photography skills for capturing high-quality marketing and training imagery

Basic Photoshop skills for editing and composition, Lightroom for colour correction, and general Canva proficiency

Experience with AI workflows including Nano Banana, Veo 3, and Google Flow

A portfolio demonstrating both long-form and short-form video work

Attention to detail and ability to work to brief

Collaborative mindset and willingness to take creative direction
