We are currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Female Disability Support Worker to join the team on the Myrtleford, VIC 3737 area. You must be living in or close to the area.

About Our Client:
We are looking for a dedicated support worker for a lovely and easy-going male client. He enjoys photography and values a clean and tidy home, requiring assistance with household cleaning. He also loves having long, engaging conversations. Your role will be to provide companionship and practical support, helping him to live independently and pursue his interests.

The Role & Shifts Available:

This is a shared role, working alongside another support worker in a rotating roster. Shifts currently available average 18.67 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a genuine connection through active listening and engaging in long conversations.
• Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning (using safe chemicals for the shower, toilet, and general house) and light gardening duties.
• Support with community access, including driving to local clubs and venues.
• Accompany the client on longer trips to places of interest.
• Provide attentive care, carrying out other household tasks as needed.

We Are Looking for a Superstar Support Worker Who Has:

• preferably Female support worker. (This is a genuine support worker requirement for this specific client.)
• Fluent in English, Spoken with excellence, clear communication skills.
• A kind, patient, and polite manner with experience supporting elderly clients.
• A current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

What We Offer:

• Attractive pay rates based on Levels: between: DSW Level 2 2.4/3.1 $36.90 and DSW Level 3 3.2 $38.42 per hour (we are open to negations for the right candidate who meets all requirements for higher rates).
