Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preventing theft and ensuring the safety of the store environment. Your keen observation skills and proactive approach will help maintain a secure shopping experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about retail security and loss prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Be a visible presence in-store to help prevent theft and reduce stock loss.
• Monitor activity, report incidents, and support store safety and compliance procedures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders that include the store team, local law enforcement, shopping centre security, and other third-party providers when required.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current security licence
• Previous experience in loss prevention or security within a retail environment would be advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
