Key Responsibilities. Assist with personal care, hygiene and grooming.Support with medication prompts (non-clinical) and wellbeing monitoringAssist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationSupport clients to attend appointments, shopping, and social activitiesBuild trusting relationships that promote independence, dignity, and safetyMaintain accurate documentation and follow individual care plansReport any changes in client health or needs
Essential Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care.Current First Aid & CPRNational Police CheckNDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
