About the role:  

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber / Technician to join our team, where you will provide install & service work on our boiling & chilled water units.

As a Plumber / Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer focused with a knack for fault finding as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organised and presenting yourself in the utmost professional way. 

Skills & experience:

  • Full trade qualifications as a Plumber

  • Someone who has excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities

  • Individuals who are able to manage their time efficiently and effectively

  • Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service experience to our customers

  • Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry

  • Current drivers licence

  • An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance
