About Us:
CCLO Living is a not-for-profit organisation serving the Central Coast since 1996. We provide supported accommodation, community participation, and support coordination services under the NDIS. Over the years, we have grown to operate multiple Supported Accommodation Group Homes across the region, alongside delivering Community Participation and Support Coordination programs for NDIS participants.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. This role is ideal for a professional with 4–5 years of accounting or audit experience who is looking to progress their career, or for an experienced finance professional seeking a balanced work arrangement. Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure financial health, compliance, and sustainability, while support the growth of our small finance team and embed efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Manage end-to-end financial operations, including month-end close, balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
·       Prepare, monitor, and analyse budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
·       Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including BAS, FBT, and tax reporting.
·       Implement and optimise financial systems; experience with MYOB and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
·       Provide financial guidance to operational leaders, supporting strategic decision-making and cost optimisation.
·       Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering capability development and process improvement.
·       Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external advisors.
·       Identify opportunities to improve workflows, internal controls, and reporting accuracy.
What We Are Looking For:
·       CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) with 4–5 years’ experience in accounting, audit, or financial management.
·       Proven experience in month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and end-to-end financial processes.
·       Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
·       Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial/ERP systems.
·       Experience in NFP, community services, NDIS, or healthcare sectors highly desirable.
·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·       Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, able to work autonomously and lead a small team.
