About the role

Join the dynamic team at Ace Reinforcements as a full-time Labourer / Factory Hand. Based in Fountaindale NSW, this hands-on role will see you contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with cutting, bending, and assembling steel reinforcement.

• Undertaking general labouring tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials

• Maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and efficiency in all work tasks

• Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues as needed

Requirements:

• Physically fit and stamina to perform manual labour

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

• Commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to recognise and mitigate risks

• A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to your work
