We are looking for 2x new Team members to join our amazing team of support workers. Whilst support or aged care support experience would be great, it is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Be a good human - show genuine care and respect for others around you. 

• Ability to get an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)

• Ability to get a Working with Children Card (Blue Card)

• Australian Drivers Licence

• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to complete)

• Cert 3 - Disability OR Community Support (or willingness to enroll and complete this course)

Core Objectives Include (among others):

• Support and improve the wellbeing and independence of clients

• Provide support to clients with physical and/or intellectual disabilities

• Understand and provide appropriate care to clients with low needs to patients with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenges

• Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, food preparation and shopping

• Monitor or administer some medication

• Work under general guidance from the person seeking support, and their family, within clearly defined guidelines
