Our New Pre-Delivery & Parts Distribution Centre is a member of the Pickerings Group of Companies with a wide representation throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Join our team as a Pre-Delivery Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our products/services are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

About the Role:

As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our sales, logistics, and customer service teams — managing everything that needs to happen before a product reaches its final destination.

Your mission: ensure every order is accurate, complete, and delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-delivery inspections, documentation, and schedules

• Communicate with sales, warehouse teams, and delivery partners

• Track and update order statuses in internal systems

• Resolve any pre-delivery issues or delays proactively

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in coordination, automotive, logistics, or admin (ideally in a delivery or warehouse setting)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems

• A proactive attitude and attention to detail

• Full Time position Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.06pm
