As the church family of Bulli Anglican Church continues to expand, we delight to be Growing in Christ Together. Burdened for the many thousands living in the Northern Illawarra who do not yet know and honour Christ as Lord, it is time to add to our Staff Team an experienced Assistant Minister to begin in January 2026.

The successful applicant will be responsible for aiding the Senior Minister in all general adult public and private pastoral ministry, with a special focus on leading the transition of BAC to a large church lay-led teams-based model to increase our collective capacity for adult ministry in all areas.
