About the Role:

As the Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our Nude Lucy footprint in the Gold Coast. You’ll lead from the front — cultivating an elevated customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and developing a passionate team who live and breathe the brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique-style brand within a dynamic retail group, with a growing portfolio of stores across the country, it's a very exciting time to join the Nude Lucy Business.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in Area retail management with a portfolio of 6 stores between Byron & BrisbaneA love for minimalist styling and the Nude Lucy aestheticA customer-first mindset with a focus on creating elevated in-store experiencesStrong people leadership skills — you’re a coach, motivator, and mentorHigh attention to detail with a natural flair for visual presentationConfidence in managing store operations, financial reporting, and performance KPIsImpeccable communication and organizational skillsAgility and flexibility – as we know each day is different and throws different challenges your wayCar – transport as you will be required to visit all Nude Lucy stores across the Gold Coast
