About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Air Freight Specialist to manage end-to-end air freight operations while also completing local collections and deliveries. This is a hands-on role with variety—covering freight preparation, documentation, and customer service, as well as driving and delivery. Full training is provided, including Dangerous Goods handling.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic, import, and export air freight shipmentsComplete safe and timely collections and deliveries across BrisbaneHandle DG documentation, repacking, and shipment preparationLoad/unload freight, perform basic vehicle checks, and maintain recordsLiaise with airlines, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveriesProvide exceptional customer service at pick-up and delivery points
Skills & Experience
Current, clean driver’s licence (essential)Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skillsComputer literacy; logistics/freight experience a bonus (training provided)Knowledge of airfreight processes or DG accreditation is preferredProfessional, reliable, and eager to learn in a specialised industry
