Our recruitment agency is seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to support one of our clients on a commercial pool construction project in Box Hill. This role offers consistent work, a strong team environment, and the chance to gain valuable experience in a specialised construction setting.

About The Role
You will assist with a range of labouring duties across the commercial pool build, including:

• Site preparation and clean‑up
• Assisting trades and site supervisors
• Material handling and equipment movement
• Supporting excavation and formwork activities
• General site maintenance and safety tasks

Power tool experience is desirable, as you may be required to safely operate basic tools and equipment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous labouring or construction experience
• Experience in pool construction or commercial projects (advantageous but not essential)
• Power tool experience (desirable)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• White Card
• Full working rights in Australia
