We’re looking for an experienced gardener to join our team for consistent, long-term work. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can work independently to a high standard.

This is a part-time role with mostly full-time hours, offering the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time position or lead role.

About You:

• Experienced in hedge trimming, pruning of plants and trees using correct techniques, mowing, weeding, and spraying

• Good general plant knowledge

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors daily

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Confident communicating with clients

• Horticulture qualifications highly regarded

• Current driver’s licence required

• Looking for long-term employment

This role is best suited to gardeners with prior experience — we won’t be training beginners from scratch.
